Please Stand By...

OK, I've been thinking... as I lay dwelling on it well into the night, moving the blog has a serious disadvantage that I hadn't realized before... namely, that the odds of anyone stumbling onto the new site are pretty slim. That means, no new readers, just a rapidly-dwindling group of loyal readers... part of the fun (I think) is seeing new people pop in...

SOOOO, I'm rethinking the move. I may keep this blog active as a mirror site. I guess my main motive for moving was to help me work on the rest of the site... that's a pretty lame, selfish and lazy motive... yet I'd like people to always check out the new site, for all the work I hope to put in to get it in good shape... right now, exactly no one but me goes there. I guess I'll have to work on that issue separately...

So basically, I think I will stay here through the year. Sorry for the confusion. I guess when I do major updates or cool additions to the new site, I'll just squawk about it here and hope people check it out...

Oh, how insignificant I now feel! *dramatic sigh* I left two comments on your web page long ago, and you didn't even notice. *yet another equally melodramatic sigh* I deserve chocolate or something...

You're certainly not insignificant, Havah... you're the first reader I ever had, and therefore the most faithful and loyal... can't remember the last time you didn't leave a comment, but those occasions are few and far between. You have my undying gratitude! Well, my mom, too... she reads every entry too... she's awesome.

I have an awesome group of readers. I'd buy you all gifts if I could!
