Drip drip drip, yessir! Let it rain, baybay, let it rain! They built that nice walking bridge over Lake Hodges near the freeway, and then the lake dried up! What's up with that! I blame the liberals...
And now, Farting Santa...
There. Don't say I never gave you anything for Christmas...
I'm somewhat ashamed to admit that my stomach hurt after I watched that clip the first time, I laughed so hard. I wonder if I'll ever understand why a man of my age and scope of interest still finds gas so amusing. It's one of those "head vs gut" things, you know? With my head, I understand that it just isn't funny, really... but my gut thinks it's funny, so I laugh every time...
Of course, that's a mild example of "head vs gut" issues... abortion is one of the serious ones, I suppose. The head says "it's a woman's right blah blah" and there's a logic to that... but the gut says "are you insane? A woman has a right to murder? That's a person in there!" Gay marriage is another one... the head says "sure, let them marry, why not?" and the arguments for that side are logical and sensical, in their own way. But the gut says "I'm not putting my seal of approval on a lifestyle that I feel is wrong." People getting huge tattoos and piercings and body mods is another one (to me)... the head says, "hey, it's your body, do what you want"... the gut says "you're an idiot"...
I guess that's more a "personal preference head vs gut" issue. Like enjoying Keanu movies, or eating bugs and other weird, disgusting things. I love those travel shows, where the dudes go around to different countries and sample all the really wacky local cuisine. My head says, "eat it if you want, it's not my stomach." And my gut says "Ew. Something is wrong with you! Spit that out! Spit it out now!"
Hey, remember that time I harshly segued from bug eating to a world-class toilet-paper prank?
Go HERE to see the rest of the pics. All I can say is... DANG.
The only thing I don't like about rain is when I go outside and a drop goes straight down the back of my neck. *SHUDDER*!!!!!
I keep a fine-toothed comb at my desk, and I compulsively comb my beard... I've never grown it this long, and really, it grows like an unruly, untameable shrub. I don't know how to keep it nice looking as it grows out... I just comb it and trim the little guys that stick out. I dug around online a bit, looking for product like "beard gel" or something that you can use to "style" a beard, but I'm coming up empty. Really, I have no reason to grow it long - I just never have. It's always been stubble. Well, I shaved my head in the summer time for the same reason, I suppose.... or rather, the same lack-of-reason. Although I guess "because I've never done it before" is a good enough reason.
And now, Star Wars Origami...
Go HERE to see more...
Once again, I have links to vids and sites that I'd love to share, but they are spoiled by unnecessary nonsense, like swearing and/or offensive advertisements... I hate that! Well, on the list of things to hate, that's pretty mild. I mean, compared to lima beans... now THAT is real hate...
I don't have anything else to say, so I will end it here. Well, not *right* here, but at the end of the next sentence. Until tomorrow, remember, I do not call myself subject to much at all...

Santa may have some serious health issues.
That toilet-papering is over the top! I'm so glad I don't have to clean that up. :)
Don't feel too ashamed... I laughed so hard at the farting Santa I had tears running down my face.
Glad that wasn't my house that was tp'd. I try not to give people a reason to do that to me.
Man, that Santa video isn't loading on my computer here at work. I'll have to check it later.
Star Wars origami was awesome. Now I want to fold some paper and make me a cool Sith.
Y'know, when you first said abortion was a head v. gut issue, I laughed really hard, thinking a bit too literal I suppose. I mean, literally it is a gut issue...
There's nothing wrong with lima beans.
wow, intense oragami. I'm impressed! I just hope it didn't rain after that tp party, cause that would have been a nightmare to clean up all that wet stuff :P
I like the beard, dave :)
